I'm very disappointed with this blogshop which I've purchased some items on a few occasions because they offer a wide range of sprees. I am not unreasonable and I gave them chances, but apparently their services have gone from bad to worse.

Just some back ground about this shop. It has two main webbies: one maintained by the girlfriend, S, and the other by the boyfriend, J. The websites are named Lovely *** (Any of my friends who want to know the websites can just email me). I believe these two websites function independently so I try to not lump them together.

Probably I had done something wrong to offend them because the first time I ordered from J, I used a 'wrong' order form which obviously pissed him off. Why do I say 'wrong'? Because he thought I used the wrong form but he was the one who linked to the wrong form. Or probably I had requested a spree but missed the spree date and didn't place my order, so he was sore about it. Or maybe it's because I use a wrong form a second time for S's spree. On that note, I have to argue that that's because she keeps changing her order forms and she didn't explicitly state she had changed her form. Apparently, I'm not the only one who used the wrong form because she got fed up and started placing which order form to use under every single spree. I suppose she feels that all the spree-ers are blind but I feel that there should be ample time and special attention drawn to the implementation of a new system, even though technology is instantaneous. Maybe they bear a grudge, or maybe not.

So I placed my orders with J, and after 2 months, I received no news. Upon checking the status of the sprees, the items have arrived a long time ago. I emailed him to enquire about it and he said he forgot to inform me that the items were OOS. So if I forgot about it too, he'd have conveniently forgotten about my money. People might be busy at times and since he apologised, I didn't pursue the matter.

After that incident, I placed my orders with S, deciding not to lump the two blog owners together, since I believed they function differently and independently. So I placed my orders with this shop and S replied back in crude manners saying I should always used the updated order form. Like hello, you didn't state you change your order form and you used back the old link to your new order form. Old customers like me would just use the old form.

So I filled up all over again and she replied again, asking me to make payments, without telling me that she has added a new payment and had added the new payment to my order form. In any case, this is not the first time they altered my order form without informing me. Since it's only $0.50, I don't really bother much. Come to think of it, why does she charge $0.50 for meetup? It's not as if only her time is precious. By meeting to her convenience means we are sacrificing our time. Charging us for wasting our time is so illogical. The worse thing is that she charge $0.50 for every spree even if she meets you up one time. Why do people charge you additional for meeting less? Not logical.

After which, I realised that my goods from another spree has arrived and S did not email me. She said she does not email buyers to inform them of the arrived goods. According to her terms and condition, goods will be confiscated within 4 months without collection. And from my clear memory, obviously she did inform buyers of the arrived goods because she did inform me and my sister previously! Look, I don't mind if you admit you forget, like J, but don't treat me like a fool.

As her meetup timing is during my tuition timing so I can't meet her up. Furthermore, her meet up place is at Bishan. My transportation fee and timing is not even enough to compensate for the postage. I decide to opt for postage instead. So she charge me an addition $3 for postage without deducting the $0.50 for meetup. Don't ask me why I'm so particular over those little money. If the spree organizer can be so particular, I don't see why I can't.

AFTERMATH

My parcel arrived and she did not even wrap it up. I wonder why she charge more than others, considering her exchange rate is $0.055 to NTD1 and she claims that it is used to offset the phone charges when I don't even meet her up. Then she charges more for postage saying that she needs to wrap up parcels. She did not. She only pasted a piece of paper and sent the shoe inside the shoebox directly to me. Anyway, J has the same charges as her. And obviously I don't think it's wise to pay them for stationery since J uses his company's envelopes which I suppose they should be free-of-charge, right? Unless, J is the boss. But if he's the boss, I don't even think he'll organise sprees to earn these kind of petite money.

I still adore online shopping, but getting from strangers, I'd think twice now.
